Anastasia M. Buccino-Roth
Anastasia M. Buccino-Roth graduated from Temple University School of Law in 2002. Upon graduation, Ms. Buccino-Roth began practice as a trial lawyer in an active personal injury firm prior to joining Messa & Associates, P.C. Anastasia continues to practice as a trial lawyer with the firm. She works on a wide range of personal injury cases including major motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, complex medical malpractice, and products liability cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
While in law school, Ms. Buccino-Roth served as a law clerk to Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice the Honorable Russell M. Nigro. She also clerked at two Philadelphia law firms concentrating in personal injury.
A native of the Philadelphia area, Anastasia received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Villanova University in 1999. She is admitted to practice before the bars of the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
Anastasia has recently assumed the practice of her father, Ernest Buccino, a longtime Philadelphia trial lawyer.
