Cathy Steffa, B.S., M.A.- Paralegal
Catherine Steffa graduated cum laude in 1980 from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education; her master’s degree in Special Educaton from Temple University in 1981; and her Paralegal Diploma from the Philadelphia Institute in November 1994. She has been working as a paralegal with Joseph L. Messa, Jr., Esquire since June 1995.
Jill Frumer, B.A., J.D.- Paralegal
Ms. Frumer received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1985, where she was on the Dean’s Honor List. She graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1988.
Ms. Frumer is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Prior to joining Messa & Associates, P.C. as a paralegal, she practiced as an attorney in insurance defense litigation before switching her focus to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation
Shari Larson, R.N., BSN, Legal Nurse Consultant- Paralegal
Ms. Larson graduated from the University of Virginia in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She obtained a Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate from Widener University in 2008 and a Paralegal Certificate with a concentration in litigation from Widener University in 2009.
She is an actively licensed registered nurse in PA, VA, and DE. Areas of nursing practice include obstetrics and critical care. She currently works as a legal nurse consultant/paralegal at Messa & Associates since January of 2008.
