Digitek (Digoxin) is used to strengthen the heart and improve the ability of the heart to circulate blood. Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the distributor of Digitek (Digoxin), and Actavis Totowa LLC, the manufacturer, recalled the drug in April 2008 because pills were manufactured double the size they should have been and contained twice the approved amount of active ingredients.
