IKEA’s VYSSA SPELEVINK crib mattresses were recalled in January of 2015 and again in May 2015 for entrapment hazards. This month, they’ve been recalled a third time due to fire hazards posed by the mattresses’ failure to meet federal open flame standards.

The recalled mattresses are about 52 inches long and 27 inches wide. They are white with blue piping around the edges. A label is attached to the mattress cover which contains the model name (VYSSA SPELEVINK) and the date of manufacture.

So far, no injuries have been reported.

Consumers are asked to immediately discontinue use and return them to an IKEA store for a full refund.

It is important to note that mattresses that were distributed as replacements for the previously recalled mattresses ARE INCLUDED in this recall.
