Over 90,000 safety gates recalled due to choking hazards

Over 90,000 foldaway expandable safety gates manufactured by Madison Mill, Inc. of Ashland City, Tennessee are being recalled due to choking hazards. Graco recalls more than 25,000 defective car seats after crash-test failure
