Ikea Recalls over 800,000 Ceiling Lamps Due to Laceration Hazards

IKEA has recalled 840,000 ceiling lamps have 224 incidents were reported of the glass fixtures falling from the ceiling and shattering one the ground. Glass shards caused injuries in 11 of the 224 reports.
