The Kent, Washington based company notified the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpsc.gov\/en\/Recalls\/Recall-Alerts\/2015\/Olympic-Mountain-Products-Recalls-Tealight-Wax-Warmers\/?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss&amp;utm_campaign=Recalls+RSS\" target=\"_blank\">Consumer Product Safety Commission <\/a>(CPSC) on December 30, 2014 that there have been 22 reported incidents involving erratic or high flames.\u00a0 Of those 22, two incidents resulted in minor burns and one resulted in minor property damage. The Tealight Wax Warmers were sold in Costco stores across the United States and Canada \u00a0in two colors from August 2014 through October 2014 for approximately $20. On the front of the package is printed the word \u201cEssenza\u201d and the Costco item number, #852473, is printed on the side of the packaging.<\/p>\n<p>The personal injury attorneys at <a href=\"http:\/\/messalaw.com\" target=\"_blank\">Messa &amp; Associates, P.C<\/a>. recommend consumers who have purchased the product affected by this recall immediately discontinue the use of the tealight wax warmers and return them to the Costco where purchased.\u00a0 Consumers are also welcome to contact Olympic Mountain Products directly via a toll free line at <strong>(855) 330-3590<\/strong> or their website, <a href=\"http:\/\/myessenza.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.MyEssenza.com<\/a>\u00a0and click on &#8220;Recall Alert Notice&#8221;\u00a0anytime.
