The fans have two blades and were sold in short and long neck assembly, extending 15 inches and 26 inches respectfully. The fans were available for purchase in antique brass, pewter and black hardware. A faceplate reading \u201cTHE BREWMASTER by FANIMATION\u201d can be found on the lower part of the head assembly. All products with model numbers <strong>FP10AB, FP10AC, FP10BL, FP10PW, FP20AB, FP20AC, FP20BL, FP20PW<\/strong> on their package are included in this recall.<\/p>\n<p>Fanimation Inc, of Zionsville, Indiana, says that the affected models of this recall were manufactured in China and distributed across the United States from <strong>June 2002 through December 2014<\/strong>. The products could be found at electrical distributors, fan specialty stores and lighting showrooms ranging in price from $800 to $2,500 per system. By the time of the recall there were two reported incidents where the hub fell and luckily neither involved injury.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers who think they may have purchased one of the recalled products can find more information by calling the Fanimation Recall Hotline at <strong>(888)250-6458<\/strong> from 8am to 5pm ET Monday through Friday.
