It was reported by the United States Department of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fsis.usda.gov\/wps\/portal\/fsis\/topics\/recalls-and-public-health-alerts\/recall-case-archive\/archive\/2015\/recall-061-2015-release\" target=\"_blank\">Agriculture\u2019s Food and Safety Inspection Service <\/a>(FSIS) that the voluntary recall is in response to the discovery of a small piece of glass by a consumer in a jar of baby food.<\/p>\n<p>Beech-Nut Nutrition, based in Amsterdam, New York, is reporting that the recall pertains to baby food that was produced on <strong>December 12, 2014<\/strong>. Specifically, <strong>4 ounce glass jars containing \u201cStage 2 Beech-Nut CLASSICS sweet potato &amp; chicken\u201d<\/strong> with an expiration date of <strong>\u201cDec 2016\u201d<\/strong> are included.\u00a0 The establishment number<strong> \u201cP-68A\u201d<\/strong> can be found inside the USDA mark of inspection. Product numbers range from <strong>\u201c12395750815\u201d<\/strong> through<strong> \u201c12395750821\u201d<\/strong> only.
