The chargers were sold at Charlotte Russe stores nationwide during October 2014 and came in peach pink and mint green color combinations. The items&#8217; packaging included style numbers CRGT-003 or CRGT-004. <\/p>\n<p>One incident of the charger catching fire was reported. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported. <\/p>\n<p>Consumers have been asked to immediately discontinue use of the product and contact <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miworldaccessories.com\" target=\"_blank\"><Strong>MiWorld<\/strong><\/a> for a full refund. <\/p>\n<h2>Madewell Women&#8217;s Sandals<\/h2>\n<p>Ten styles of the Sightseer Sandals in Madewell&#8217;s 2015 spring collection are being recalled due to a fall hazard. <\/p>\n<p>Sandals with the following 10 style numbers and names are being recalled in all sizes:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.messalaw.com\/recall\/wp-content\/uploads\/shoe-pic.jpg\" alt=\"shoe pic\" width=\"702\" height=\"420\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-441\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.messalaw.com\/recall\/wp-content\/uploads\/shoe-pic.jpg 702w, https:\/\/www.messalaw.com\/recall\/wp-content\/uploads\/shoe-pic-300x179.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 702px) 100vw, 702px\" \/><strong>C0275 Sightseer Knotted Slide Sandal<br \/>\nC0276 Sightseer T-Strap Thong Sandal in Black Leather<br \/>\nC0277 Sightseer T-Strap Thong Sandal in Metallic Colorblock<br \/>\nC0278 Sightseer Buckle Gladiator Sandal<br \/>\nC0279 Sightseer Slide Sandal<br \/>\nC1105 Sightseer Crisscross Sandal<br \/>\nC5893 Sightseer T-Strap Toe-Loop Sandal<br \/>\nC5895 Sightseer Ankle-Wrap Sandal in Shiny Silver<br \/>\nC5897 Sightseer Lace-Up Sandal<br \/>\nC6090 Sightseer Ankle-Wrap Sandal in Metallic Sand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The style number can be found on a sticker on the outsole. <\/p>\n<p>Eight incidents have been reported of metal shanks dislodging and breaking through the bottom of the outsole.
