A seat peg included in the assembly, when not fully engaged, can cause the seat to fall unexpectedly. <\/p>\n<p>The recall includes three models of swings in the line, including the Soothing Savannah Cradle &#8216;n Swing (CMH84), the Sweet Surroundings Cradle &#8216;n Swing (CMR40), and the Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle &#8216;n Swing (CMR43). Each of the swings are equipped with two different swinging motions &#8211; side-to-side or head-to-toe &#8211; and six swings speeds from low to high. The product numbers which are included in the item descriptions above can be located on the seat underneath the pad. <\/p>\n<p>The swings were sold for around $170 each from November 2015 to March 2016 at buybuyBaby, Target, and other nationwide stores. The swings were also sold online at Amazon.com. <\/p>\n<p>Fisher Price has received two incident reports of a seat peg coming undone, causing the seat to fall. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported. <\/p>\n<p>Consumers are urged to immediately discontinue use of the swings and to contact Fisher Price for revised assembly instructions.
