The utensil&#8217;s riveted blade can crack over time, allowing pieces of the blade to break off into food and pose a serious laceration hazard to consumers. There have been 69 reports of consumers finding broken blad pieces in food, including 30 reports of injuries\/lacerations to the mouth and teeth. <\/p>\n<p>The recall involves all Cuisinart Food Processors with four rivets in the blades which were sold from July 1996 through December 2015 for between $100 and $350.
