The Philadelphia Personal Injury Attorneys at Messa &amp; Associates, P.C. advise consumers to stop usage immediately and go about the proper means of receiving a full refund.<\/p>\n<p>In a recall dated November 6, 2014 The <a href=\"httP;\/\/www.cpsc.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">Consumer Product Safety Commission<\/a> states a likelihood of tipping and rapid recline which poses a fall hazard as the cause of the recall.\u00a0 The affected products were distributed exclusively to Ross Stores come in three colors: bronze, orange, and turquoise.\u00a0 To date five injuries have been reported, all of which happened at Ross Stores, and three have resulted in minor injury.<\/p>\n<p>To verify the products within the recall a consumer can check the SKU number found on a tag attached to an arm of the chair:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bronze Fabric and Frame: 400085136029<\/li>\n<li>Orange Fabric and White Frame: 400085136043<\/li>\n<li>Turquoise Fabric and White Frame: 400085136036<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the SKU number there is also a separate manufacturers tag sewn on the back of the chair stating \u201cWeight limit-250 lbs\u201d and \u201cMade in China\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>4Seasons is willing to offer a full refund to all consumers.\u00a0 They advise cutting a 5 inch by 5 inch hole in the seat of the chair.
