Specifically, the recalled car seats will have a tag on the harness with the code <strong>2014\/06<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Today, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhtsa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Highway Traffic Safety Administration<\/a> (NHTSA) released documents explaining that agency tests discovered the problem with the webbing in the harness. Graco reported that the company would notify owners and distributers will provide replacment harnesses for free.
