The highchair&#8217;s rear legs can pivot out of position, causing the chair to be unstable and posing a fall hazard to a child in the chair. Graco has received 38 reports of the pivoting rear legs, including five reports of bruising injuries caused by falling highchairs. <\/p>\n<p>The highchairs convert to six different modes, including highchair, booster seat, toddler chair, and table. The model number, located on a label on the underside of the toddler seat, is <strong>1969721<\/strong>. The chairs were sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide October 2016 through December 2017. <\/p>\n<p>Consumers are asked to immediately discontinue use of the highchairs and to contact Graco for a free repair kit.
