Elisa Cha earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Philadelphia in 2008. In 2012, Elisa graduated from St. Joseph’s University College with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies.

Prior to joining Messa & Associates, Elisa held paralegal positions at a number of Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury firms in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Elisa is also a registered notary in Philadelphia.

Elisa lives in Philadelphia. She enjoys city living and takes advantage of all that it has to offer. Elisa speaks fluent Korean.
