Jennifer Gomez Hardy is an experienced litigator who concentrates much of her practice on catastrophic injuries resulting from transportation accidents and premises defects.
Mrs. Gomez Hardy received her Bachelor’s Degree from Cheyney State University in 2005 on a full scholarship awarded by the Keystone Honors Academic Council. She received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 2013 on a Mann Bond-Hill full academic scholarship. As a law student, Mrs. Gomez Hardy became a member of numerous organizations, including The James S. Bowman American Inn of Court, the National Latina/o Law Student Association, the Latino Law Student Association (Community Service Director), and the Women’s Law Caucus. She is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.Mrs. Gomez Hardy has spent the majority of her career representing victims of motor vehicle crashes, construction site negligence, and commercial property negligence. She has litigated for clients at trial as well as other venues for dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Jennifer Gomez Hardy dedicates much of her time outside of the office to the legal community through mentorships with aspiring law students. She also dedicates herself as a resource for middle school students in North Philadelphia.
Mrs. Gomez Hardy is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association (HBA) of Pennsylvania, Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors and HBA liaison. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
