Fisher Price Issues Recall of Infant Cradle Swings due to Fall Hazards

Fisher Price has issued a voluntary recall of their Cradle 'n Swings line of infant swings, sighting a fall hazard that stems from bad assembly instructions. Lululemon Recalls 300,000 Women’s Tops Due to Injury Hazard
