Defective brakes in Fiat Chrysler SUVs prompts recall

Fiat Chrysler (FCA) said in a news release yesterday that the automaker is recalling over 150,000 SUVs and minivans in the United States and an additional 55,000 in Canada and Mexico due to a brake manufacturing error. CVS brand nasal spray recalled due to possibly deadly contamination

A CVS Health brand nasal spray has been voluntarily recalled by manufacturers after a "microbiological contamination" was discovered. Audi Issues Recall of Nearly 1.2M Vehicles Due to Overheating Coolant Pumps

The Associated Press has reported that Audi has issued a global recall of about 1.2 million cars and SUVS due to coolant pumps with the potential to overheat and cause a fire. Kidde recalls close to 500k smoke detectors that may not detect smoke

This Wednesday, smoke detector distributor, Kidde, announced a recall of almost 500,000 dual-sensor (photoelectric and ionization) smoke alarms.
