On July 8, Disney recalled around 80,000 units of a Toy Story 4 plush toy for potential choking hazards.
Toy Story 4 “Forky” Toy Recalled
The recall involves an 11″ Forky plush toy, a character from Disney Pixar’s Toy Story 4. The toy has poseable arms, a base, rainbow screen art on top of the left foot, and two plastic “googly” eyes. The plastic eyes on the toy can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. A tracking code located on the sewn-in label can help identify a recalled Forky.

Fortunately, no incidents or injuries have been reported.
Recall Remedy
Consumers affected by the recall should immediately remove the toy from reach of children and return it to a any Disney store retail location, Walt Disney World, or Disneyland Resort theme park retail store for a full refund.
