Mean Green® Super Strength Cleaner & Degreaser and Mean Green® Industrial Strength Cleaner and Degreaser were both recently recalled by CR Brands for potential Ammonia content. The cleaners bear labels that read “Does not contain Ammonia.”

CR Brands is asking that all consumers of the cleaner, which is sold at value stores including Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Walmart, and Dollar General, return the product to their place of purchase for a replacement. The Mean Green® products included in the recall come in white, plastic bottles. Date codes will read 4225, 4227, 4228, 4229, or 4230. This date code an be found on the back of the bottle neat the QR code. Specific products recalled include the 20oz and 40oz spray and the super strength and industrial strength 128oz containers.
