On March 1, 2018, Graco recalled about 36,000 Table2Table 6-in-1 Highchairs due to fall hazards. The highchair’s rear legs can pivot out of position, causing the chair to be unstable and posing a fall hazard to a child in the chair. Graco has received 38 reports of the pivoting rear legs, including five reports of bruising injuries caused by falling highchairs.
The highchairs convert to six different modes, including highchair, booster seat, toddler chair, and table. The model number, located on a label on the underside of the toddler seat, is 1969721. The chairs were sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide October 2016 through December 2017.
Consumers are asked to immediately discontinue use of the highchairs and to contact Graco for a free repair kit. Anyone with questions or concerns can contact Graco at 800-345-4109 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or online at www.gracobaby.com/recall.
