The 3-in-1 USB charging cable is used to charge iPhone models 4S, 3GS, 3G, and 5, iPad mini/iPad4, and android model phones. The charging cable is a white, 10 foot long cable with a USB on one end and 3 different plugs on the other, including a 30-pin plug for iPads and iPhones, a lightening plug for additional iPhone and iPad models, and a mini USB plug for android phones. The charger is packaged within a sealed, clear plastic pouch. Recalled chargers can be identified by Item NO. USB29B, located on a label on the outside of the pouch.
Two incidents of the charger melting reported, but no additional incidents of injury or property damage reported.

The defective chargers were distributed between July 2014 and August 2014 for about $3.50 each by school fundraising companies AGI fundraising, The Chip Shoppe, CPK Inc, Evergreen fundraising, Great American Opporunities, and Paragon Promotions.
Anyone in possession of the recalled chargers is asked to call Tectron International for a full product refund at 844-582-3152 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. PT Monday thru Friday.
